We understand that online shopping can be tricky, so our team is here to help. We do not currently offer refunds. All items are subject to an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.

Feelyn reserves the right to reject the exchanges of item(s) that do not meet the criteria in our Exchange Policy:
1. Items must be in the original condition, which includes:
- Labels are still attached, including the hygienic liner
- Has not been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
- Free of any deodorant or makeup marks
2. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Feelyn does not cover any shipping or duty charges when an item is being exchanged
- All sale listed items are final sale and are not to be exchanged
- Please try on all swimsuits with undergarments for hygiene purposes
